BINGO
Complete different classes and challenges to fill your Bingo card. Different patterns on your card correspond to the number of times you get your name in our grand prize draw for a 1 month free unlimited classes.

Pullup Challenge
This is how the challenge is designed to help you improve your pullups over one month. The challenge starts July 1 and runs till July 31st. First, have a coach test your max pullups (bands can be used) within the first week of July. Your goal is to get an many points as possible throughout the month by doing pullups and pullup variations to increase your pullup strength. One rep of lat pulldown = 0.5 points,  1 rep of pullups = 1 point and 1 rep of negative pullups = 2 points. This can be done inside and outside of the gym. You can pick up a note book in the gym or use our google sheet to reocrd your pullups workouts and points throughout the month. 

Terms and Conditions:
1. This membership is for new signs up only
2. The membership is for July 1- July 31 2025.
3. Must sign up at least 1 hour before class
4. No shows to class results in a $25 charge.
5. Late cancels to class (under 10 hours before start time) results in a $25 late fee.
6. Classes under 2 members will be cancelled.
7. Please arrive to class on time, those that are more then 5 minutes late are not guaranteed entry to class.
8. Must follow all PHNX household/cleaning policies
9. All purchases final, no refunds.
