Our 4-Week Beginner Yoga Series is designed specifically for those who are new to yoga or returning after a long break.
This series moves slowly and intentionally, giving you the time and guidance you need to feel comfortable, confident, and supported from day one.

Each class builds on the week before, helping you develop strength, flexibility, and familiarity with yoga in a way that feels approachable and realistic.
