What to know before your first sauna:

- Turn on your sauna & choose a chromotherapy light
- We recommend going into the sauna in your swimwear or underwear
- Stay hydrated by drinking water before, during and after your sauna session
- After your sauna session, cool down gradually. It is recommended that you wait at least 30 minutes to shower after a sauna.
- When starting off in an infrared sauna, you may only want to stay in there for 10-15 minutes while you get used to the intense heat. After you do this for a little while, you can gradually increase your sessions.
- Our saunas come with bluetooth connectivity, so you can listen to your favourite music or podcast while you are sweating it out!
