• Up to 48x in-person group fitness classes over a 24 week period at the Beach location (862 Kingston Rd @ Beech Ave).
• 15-minute check-ins/strategy calls (in-person or via telephone or Zoom)

MEMBERSHIP CONDITIONS

• You can add a hold for up to 4 weeks once every 6 months.  Any additional holds up to 4 weeks can be accommodated, but there is a $25+HST admin fee.
• Unused classes do not carry over into the next period.
• Late cancellations (under 1hr) or no shows will mean you lose the class credit.
• You cancel at any time within the first 28 days with written notice. We'll give you a full refund less $25+HST for each attended class.
