• No-show or late cancellation will result in the loss of that class (no cancellation fee applies)

• Grip Pilates socks are mandatory for all classes – no exceptions
• 5-minute grace period applies to all classes. Clients must be on a reformer within 5 minutes of the scheduled start time. After that, the class will be marked as a no-show — no exceptions. This policy is in place for your safety and to avoid disrupting the flow of class.
