*New Program added*
Athletes use the synthetic ice and blade hockey treadmill to focus on basic skills to improve: confidence on skates, posture, stride work, inside/ outside edges, cross overs, balance, control, and transitioning on and off ice. Athletes will also be playing many games to encourage participation and the use of the many skills used in the game of hockey.

Ages 6 and under
6 week program
1 hour sessions
Fee: $66
Prerequisites: True beginners needing help to skate/walk, get up and down and carry a hockey stick.
Full hockey gear recommended if currently have or shin pads, elbow pads and stick
Required Hockey Gear: Helmet and mask, gloves, stick, and skates.
