How Face Yoga & Lymphatic Drainage can help with the appearance of “Moon Face.”

Moon face is a medical term describing a characteristic rounded, swollen appearance of the face, often seen in individuals with elevated cortisol levels. It is commonly associated with Cushing's syndrome, a condition caused by prolonged exposure to high levels of cortisol.

Face yoga and lymphatic drainage can be beneficial supportive practices to reduce facial puffiness, improve muscle tone, and promote lymphatic flow, potentially helping to diminish the appearance of moon face and even wrinkles.

Our face yoga class will offer a natural, relaxing way to improve facial muscle tone, reduce signs of aging, boost circulation, and promote lymphatic drainage. You’ll also be given a “moon face kit” that will help you get started on a healthier, more youthful, and radiant appearance, complementing other skincare routines or medical treatments.

Please let instructor know of any allergies to Rose/Jojoba oil and you will be provided with a hypoallergenic oil instead.

Students should wear loose comfortable clothing, with a dark top that exposes upper half of chest: tank tops, spaghetti straps, or tube tops recommended. Clothes that you don’t mind if oil should spill on them.
