Package of 4 Mat Classes

Pilates Mat class is open to all levels and uses your own body weight against gravity. The use of various props, including exercise balls, foam rollers, the magic circles, weights , resistance bands and balance boards will be used to enhance and improve strength, mobility, endurance and balance. Clients will be shown modifications, as well as more challenging variations to foundational Pilates mat exercises, and traditional exercises such as squats, lunges, push ups, etc will also be incorporated in the workout.
