Minisaurus, a Mommy and Toddler 30 minute group class, is the ideal opportunity for a creative bonding experience while staying active. Through these shared experiences, moms and their toddler strengthen their emotional connection and deepen their relationship. The first few years of your child's life are incredibly important (more than 1 million new neural connections are formed every second during these years) and the activities they are involved with can set them up for success!

This class incorporates age-appropriate exercises for Mom and Tot that stimulate your child's physical and sensory development. These classes also surround you with other parents and toddlers, guiding you to build lasting connections. 

Minisaurus provides a dedicated quality time for parents and toddlers to engage in meaningful activities together and just focus on the present.

The class is led by Dr. Sarah, licensed physical therapist.

Please ensure you have been medically cleared by your physician prior to initiating an exercise routine.
