The LaBlast® Fitness Online program allows you to participate in weekly live-stream classes.  All you need is some space to move and a set of dumbbells for dances with weight training.  

Included in Basic Membership:
- 8 weekly Live Stream classes taught by Louis Van Amstel and the Master Trainers
 - Limited Online Library with classes added monthly

Does not include:
- Access to Live Replay Library, which shows five previously streamed classes available 24/7
- Monthly Ballroom Technique Class with Louis Van Amstel
- Thursday Unlimited Class that includes more complex “pushy” patterns
