Auto-Pay Membership Policy

Minimum Agreement: All memberships require a minimum commitment of 3 months.

Membership Details:

Membership includes 10 classes per month at IncrediPole. Does not apply to workshops, room rentals, privates, private parties, or merchandise.
All classes must be used within the 30-day billing cycle period. Unused classes do not roll over to the following month.
If you use all 10 classes within the month, you can purchase additional classes at a discounted rate of $25 per class. To receive the discount, purchase a 'Single Apparatus Class' or 'Single Non-Apparatus Class,' and the discount will automatically be applied at checkout.
Cancellation Notice: To cancel your membership, you must provide written notice via electronic mail at least 30 days before your next billing date. This requirement is waived in cases of injury or illness.

Payment Summary:

Monthly memberships are paid in advance on the calendar date of the initial purchase for the following month.
Payments are made via automatic debit.
If your credit or debit card is declined, your account will be debited, and you will be unable to book classes until your payment information is updated and dues are paid in full.
WellnessLiving will automatically attempt to charge the card on file 48 hours after the initial failed attempt.
Credit Card on File:

Members may keep a credit card on file using their WellnessLiving account.
By doing so, you authorize IncrediPole staff to charge the card for auto-debit packages and any applicable cancellation fees, in accordance with the IncrediPole cancellation policy.
Cancellation of Membership Agreement by Member:

You may cancel this Membership Agreement at any time after completing the initial 3-month contract period.
Cancellation requires written notice via electronic mail at least 30 business days before your next billing date.
Failure to provide timely notice will result in a charge for the full amount of your next billing payment, and the cancellation will take effect in the following billing cycle.
Modification of Services: IncrediPole reserves the right to modify or amend the services and facilities offered under this agreement.

Membership Pause Policy

Pause Duration: Memberships can be placed on hold for a maximum of 6 months. The minimum pause length is 7 days.

Notice Requirement: To pause your membership, you must provide at least 7 days' notice. If less than 7 days' notice is provided, your pause will begin 7 days after notice is given, unless the pause is due to injury or illness.

Pause Eligibility: You may pause your membership up to three times a calendar year.

Membership Benefits During Pause: While your membership is paused, you will not have access to the discounted classes associated with your membership.

Advance Arrangements: Pauses cannot be requested retroactively; they must be arranged in advance.

Resumption of Autopay: Autopay will automatically resume charging at the end of the pause period.

Students are subject to all studio policies, including late cancel and no show fees.
