A private session is a good chance to evaluate your skills on the reformer, if you are unfamiliar with reformer pilates, or you feel you need extra attention to begin before signing up for classes. This also is a good time to be more specific with your goals and to have that one on one to concentrate more specifically to your level. There are many reasons why this individual time might be important to you! This is an appointment made with one of our instructors for a specific time set between you and your instructor for an individual 50 min. session.
