Craniosacral Therapy  (Clothes on)
Craniosacral therapy is a gentle hands-on treatment, and is a gentle way of working with the body. Using a light touch, the therapist evaluates or “listens to” the body for tension patterns and imbalances, to encourage the release of symptoms caused by physical, psychological and emotional stress. This is a therapy which enhances the body’s own healing abilities.

The treatment may provide relief from a variety of symptoms, such as stress and tension, including headaches, neck pain, among many others. The treatment is performed with the client fully clothed and lying on a comfortable massage table.
