With safety in mind, we recommend new students start with a Welcome Package - 3 private sessions and a FREE pair of pilates grip socks.!

The initial meeting will include a consultation, postural photos, pilates discussion, equipment overview, and studio tour., as well as a short introductory workout to experience the wonder that is the Pilates Reformer! Subsequent sessions will be workout based, with the final session incorporating some time to discuss the next steps with our membership options.

Registration and Cancellations:
Client must pre register each time they plan to attend a group class at the Studio through the Studio’s online client management software. Studio may deny Client access to group classes if Client does not pre register as required. The Studio may either close or operate at reduced hours on holidays. Business hours, policies, and regulations are subject to change without notice and can be found on the Studio’s website and/or client management software.
If Client is unable to attend a group class for which they have pre registered, they are required to cancel that registration.  Clients must cancel the reservation at least twelve (12) hours prior to the class’s start time.  This cancellation requirement is a no exceptions policy.  Failure to cancel a reservation as required in this paragraph will result in a loss of class session credit.
If Client is unable to attend a private training session for which they have pre registered, they are required to cancel that registration.  Clients must cancel the reservation at least twenty four (24) hours prior to the session’s start time.  This cancellation requirement is a no exceptions policy.  Failure to cancel a reservation as required in this paragraph will result in a loss of session credit for all Clients.
