This is for our High School Players who value still being prepared and contributing in season. Sundays we will get shots up individually within your role and offense for your team. We will not post these workouts. In the past, athletes who have participated have shot in the 40% - 50% range for Field Goal Percentage. Additionally, we will attend games through the season and watch film occasionally with you.
