This is a private session with one of our skilled Registered Dietitian (RD) where you will discuss personal nutrition and health goals. You will work one-on-one with the RD to devise a tailored eating and lifestyle plan. During this educational session, you will learn about proper eating habits while the RD customizes the session to fit what your needs are, whether its regarding weight loss, weight gain, a certain disease state, vegetarianism or just eating healthier. Initial sessions are 60 minutes in length and can be held in the comfort of your own home via video or phone call
