Our Fitness Testing Session is designed to give you a comprehensive snapshot of your overall health and fitness. In just one appointment, we’ll measure key markers of strength, endurance, cardiovascular health, and well being, so you can see exactly where you’re starting and track your progress throughout the program.
During your session, you’ll complete
Health Metrics Body weight, body fat percentage, BMI, blood pressure, heart rate, and pulse oxygen.
Measurement Circumference of neck, chest, arms, waist, hips, thighs, and calves.
Strength and Endurance Tests Pushup Test, Elbow Plank Test.
Cardiovascular Assessment A 12 minute treadmill test for cardiovascular endurance and estimated VO2 Max.
Wellness and Mindset - RAND Health Questionnaire and The Grit Test to measure mental resilience and overall well-being.
This session gives you a clear, evidence-based baseline and helps you set goals that matter. At the end of your program, you’ll repeat the testing to see your transformation in numbers and celebrate how far you’ve come.
