Fully immerse yourself in the Reiki experience at our second location, across the street from C&P Coffee.  The session will begin with a 15 minute check in and intention setting, 60 minutes of intuitive Reiki channeling, and 15 minutes of optional shared messages that channeled through and integrative support.

Use this session as a complement to your Pilates practice, or as a energetic refresh and re-centering.  Each session includes grounding breathwork, and tools for a mindful and consistent integration of Reiki in your healing journey.
