A preeminent skill in moving and revitalizing energy, the Microcosmic Orbit meditation has a long history of being an important skill amongst practitioners of the Internal Arts.  In this 3-part class we will work up from a foundation of breath and stillness practice to moving energy around the energy centers and throughout the trunk and head.  Both standing and sitting practices will be taught.
