During your appointment, we will discuss any questions you have about what you will experience and your expectations. The procedure begins with a brief 10 – 15-minute induction to bring you into a hypnotic trance state. Once there, positive suggestions are given which are aligned with your goals. Once the suggestions have been all placed into your subconscious you will be brought out of the hypnotic trance state.  The experience and benefits transfer well to virtual sessions.
