During each dedicated 60 minutes, you will have the ability to go between our hot and cold stations for a full-body rejuvenation.  Our sauna can get up to 199 degrees and our cold plunges down to 42 degrees.   

All active Hot/Cold session members receive priority seating in the sauna for a guaranteed seat anytime you are signed up!

All memberships include our complimentary quiet space, “THE NEST” and showering amenities.
