This four-session yoga therapy package is designed to help you move from discomfort to resilience, from surviving to thriving.

We’ll begin with a 90-minute Foundation Session where we’ll map your goals, explore your history, and create a personalized healing plan that fits your life. From there, we’ll meet for three 60-minute sessions to refine your practice, troubleshoot challenges, and integrate sustainable tools for nervous system regulation, strength, and inner balance.

You’ll also receive:
- Two months of unlimited group classes to anchor your new habits and have extra time to practice what we’re working on
- One year of YOGISCOPES app access for continued connection and support
- A video of one personalized practice we develop for your needs and goals uploaded to the YOGISCOPES app for you to follow along with at home whenever you want!
