In our 1:1 personalized prenatal yoga, childbirth ed + postpartum planning sessions, the students will learn to support their bodies with gentle movement and breath, and their minds with childbirth and postpartum education.  In each session, we will integrate discussions about preparing for labor, childbirth and postpartum, as guided by each students' individual needs, with the gentle physical preparation our body deserves. Sessions are 90 minutes long with packages starting at $75/session.
