Private, one-on-one sessions are instructed by a Doctor of Physical Therapy, who is also a Pilates instructor. These sessions are customizable to the individual and take into consideration the client’s life, activity and/or fitness and performance goals, past and current medical/injury history. Private sessions are adaptable to any movement limitations as well.
