Duet sessions are similar to private sessions, where you receive one-on-one instructed by a Doctor of Physical Therapy, who is also a Pilates instructor, for two people together. Maybe you and a friend or you and your partner want to learn Pilates together. These sessions are customizable to the individuals. It gives both participants a semi-private experience at a lower price point per client.

New clients will learn the fundamentals and build confidence with a plethora of Pilates exercises on the mat and the equipment, learn and build independence with use of the equipment, and build overall strength and endurance.

Experienced clients will fine tune their Pilates movement experience, core activation and posture at an exercise level that fits their individual needs. They will continue to advance with more challenging exercises and take a deeper dive into the Pilates repertoire, for a greater understanding of their body and movement sequencing.
