Duet Prenatal Movement is a semi-private class designed for two participants in the same trimester led by one instructor. Participants must bring their own partner and register together for this class.

Participants and their partner will get personalized instruction tailored each person's fitness level, goals, and any specific needs. Experience our full suite of top-of-the-line yoga & Pilates equipment in a fun, motivating, and supportive environment with your friend.
