The Gyrotonic Level 1 Foundation course provides students with the specific skills and techniques needed to teach these exercises to clients. During this course, a Gyrotonic Master Trainer introduces the teaching techniques and principles underlying the Gyrotonic Level 1 exercise syllabus and introduces the complete Gyrotonic Level 1 exercise curriculum.
Once students successfully complete the Gyrotonic Level 1 Foundation Course, they are considered a Gyrotonic Apprentice. At this stage, the Gyrotonic Level 1 Apprenticeship period begins, and students can begin teaching the Gyrotonic Level 1 exercises they have learned in the role of Gyrotonic Level 1 Apprentice.
Register online and pay a $600 studio fee to reserve your place. Tuition is due the first day of the course and is payable by cash, check, or Venmo Charley ALdred.
Course Location: The Seed Center — San Francisco
Course Dates: October 14-19th & October 21-26 (Day off is Monday,10/20)
Course Duration: 12 days, 60 hours
Hours: 11 pm - 5 pm on weekdays, 10 - 4 pm Saturday and Sunday
Course Fee: $2100 + $600 Non-refundable Deposit/Studio Fee
