Restore Your Core® (RYC®) is a proven, whole-body approach to core and pelvic floor recovery. Whether you’re dealing with symptoms such as leaking, prolapse, diastasis recti, or persistent back or hip pain, RYC® offers a method that goes beyond quick fixes and helps create lasting change. Unlike traditional programs that often focus on isolated exercises, RYC® takes a comprehensive approach– addressing the body as an interconnected system and helping you build strength and function from the inside out.
Restore Your Core® helps you rebuild strength from the inside out by retraining your core and pelvic floor for optimal function. With a focus on alignment, breath, and nervous system regulation, RYC® lays the foundation for a safe and sustainable return to movement. It’s an empowering way to reconnect with your body and ease back into exercise after birth. After this four week series, you'll have the knowledge to
- Anyone that has ever had a baby, whether it's been 2 months, 2 years, or 2 decades
- Anyone looking to build strength, stability, and confidence in their body
- Anyone with a desire to have a more coordinated, responsive, and supportive core
- Anyone that has experienced leak pee with movement, coughing, or sneezing
- Anyone that has experienced heaviness or bulging in your pelvic floor
- Anyone with diastasis recti, abdominal separation, or mummy tummy
- Anyone with low back, hip, or pelvic pain postpartum
- Anyone with curiosity about, or a desire to, learn a new way to connect with your core and pelvic floor.
Join Kelsey Mueller, RYT-200, RPYT, RYC® Pro for a four week series to introduce the fundamentals of RYC® and set yourself up for reconnection and stabilization of your core, making all exercises safer in your body.
