Awaken the Healer Within Sound isn’t just heard it’s felt. It moves through the body, clears the mind, and awakens the spirit. In this one-day certification, you’ll learn how to work with Tibetan singing bowls to calm the nervous system, release energy blocks, and restore vibrational harmony. Held in the healing atmosphere of our Himalayan Salt Cave, this training is perfect for both beginners and wellness professionals. No musical background needed—just curiosity and an open heart.

WHAT YOU’LL LEARN Theory and Foundations: You’ll explore the history and sacred roots of Tibetan bowls, different types such as Full Moon, Jambati, and Lingam bowls, and how to work with chakras, planetary tones, and Solfeggio frequencies. You’ll also learn the ethics of sound healing, how to cleanse bowls, and how to work safely with energy.

Practice and Technique: We’ll cover striking techniques, playing methods using various mallets and bowls, and how to hear and interpret tones and overtones. You’ll practice frequency diagnostics with a partner, explore emotional release through voice, and use percussion to move stuck energy. You’ll also learn how to prepare and clear the healing space and your energy field.

Vibrational Healing Tools: Learn how to use bowls directly on the body, including placement on the spine, joints, and cranium. You’ll be introduced to vibrational massage, binaural bowl use, and how to lead a short sound bath or private session. Each student will both give and receive a mini-session.

Integration Evening (3 Weeks Later) You’ll be invited back to the Salt Cave for a cozy tea and potluck to reconnect with your group, ask follow-up questions, and deepen your learning in a relaxed, heart-centered space.
