Get ready to wag your tail and stretch your paws in this playful yoga class all about dogs! From Downward Dog to playful Puppy Pose, kids will explore movement, breath, and imagination as we go on a tail-wagging yoga adventure.

We’ll bark, balance, and pretend to be all kinds of furry friends—whether it’s a sleepy bulldog, a howling husky, or a bouncing beagle! This class encourages creativity, body awareness, and mindfulness through storytelling, games, and dog-themed poses.
