Join yoga teachers Spencer Drew & Victoria Koopman for a transformative 90-minute workshop designed to open the physical and energetic gateways of the hips. Through a thoughtfully sequenced blend of active and passive hip-opening postures, you'll build strength, increase mobility, and melt into deep release. We'll balance the movement with grounding pranayama (breathwork) to soothe the nervous system and create space for clarity.

 

To deepen the introspective experience, each participant will draw an oracle card; these intuitive messages will serve as personal anchors and can offer insight into what’s been stirred, released, or awakened during your journey on the mat.

 

Whether you're seeking greater flexibility, emotional release, or simply a moment of stillness, this practice will leave you feeling lighter, rooted, and more in tune with your body’s wisdom.
