We begin with an activating breathwork to oxygenate your system and create cellular flow, then ease into guided relaxation and meditation to invite deep calm. During this time, participants receive energy healing and the resonant tones of weighted tuning forks, helping to restore balance at the most subtle levels. You’ll leave feeling restored, grounded, and harmonized from the inside out.
