This is a slow, steady class designed to help you decompress. Expect strong, supported holds with a focus on alignment, starting on the floor and gradually moving to standing before easing back down to seated. There are no chaturangas and no quick transitions from standing to the floor and back again—just simple, intentional movement that lets your nervous system exhale.
You’ll learn the basics of each posture, build confidence, and gently improve flexibility and strength without feeling rushed or overwhelmed. Ideal for the inflexible yogi, tired bodies, busy minds, and anyone who wants their Friday night to feel grounding instead of draining. Open to all levels.
