Let's gather for a Late Winter Yin practice intended to nourish and sustain us through our long New England winter. This afternoon class will be candlelit and practiced “at the wall,” using the wall as an added prop to release into our shapes and gently open to the physical, energetic, and meditative benefits of Yin.

Reiki will be offered to enhance energy flow opening us further to a sense of nourishment, well-being, and ease.

This class will be limited to 10 students to allow for ample practice space and personal attention during the Reiki offering.
