Please join our monthly New Moon Gong event that meets in-studio on Sundays closest to the New Moon. You can expect to warm up with yoga, bliss out to prolonged gong relaxation and meditate deeply! 

Please feel free to arrive 5-10 minutes early to give yourself enough time to park and settle in. If this is your first time visiting the Ashram, please inform your teacher upon arrival so they can help you get oriented to the space.

Our studio has yoga mats, bolsters, blocks, blankets and chairs for your convenience and we encourage you to bring whatever additional materials that you might need for added support, such as personal mats, bolsters and cushions.
