High Vibrations is a spiritually oriented gathering that blends different modalities that allow the participants to follow pathways leading both inward for peaceful centering and outward for heightened awareness and deeper connections to the surrounding people and environment.  There are elements of ritual, drumming, chanting, meditation, movement and sound exploration.  No prior experience is necessary.

Bring a frame drum or other small hand drum as well as a shaker or rattle if you have them.  Extra drums and shakers are available for borrowing.  Please leave large drums such as djembes at home.  Choose clothing appropriate for gentle movement.  The circle is geared for adults, but younger people are welcome if they are able to maintain focus for the full duration of the event.  Please arrive a few minutes early to settle in before the opening ceremony (late arrivals are discouraged)
