HOW’S TRICKS? (No Heels)

Time: 6:30 PM – 8:00 PM (90 minutes)
Level: Intermediate & Advanced

This workshop is constantly updated with new tricks and combos, both aerial and on
the floor. A varied selection of spins, climbs, positions, drops, signature moves and
variations will be taught in accordance with the ability level of the group. This
workshop will be taught as Intermediate/Advanced level. Heels not necessary (would
you believe it?!).

Recommended Skills:

• Intermediate: Comfortable with climbing, inverting, and basic positions (e.g., leg hangs, spins).

• Advanced: Confident with shoulder mounts, brass monkey, handsprings, and reverse grabs.
