Join Lotem for a foundational Restorative and Breathwork Teacher Training to dive deeper in understanding and guiding these immensely healing and powerful modalities which help to realign the chakric energy centers and repair the nervous system. Enhance your knowledge, practice and guidance of restorative and breathwork practices largely rooted in Indian lineage and philosophy, the art of hands on assist, subtle body anatomy, and energy healing. This comprehensive training is for anyone who wants to guide these practices or simply for deepening your own practices and self-awareness. You will learn how to help other people soften, slow down, let go and connect to the natural intelligence and wisdom of the body to heal itself when we make room for and allow it through rest and digest.
