Low Flow:  In this class, you will learn how to navigate the lower half of the pole and how to use your heels effectively and confidently. This is Lychee’s signature low flow class offering, a mix of old school sensuality, legwork, and technique. This is a sequence based class with lots of room for personal style and improvisation, with progressions for all levels. Expect to take time for prompts and movement reflection.

Linger and Lift: Slow it down and soak it in. This is a spinning low flow heels class that invites you to explore intentional transitions and the magic of the in-between. Designed for dancers who want to refine their fluidity, control, and presence, this class focuses on using the heels as an apparatus to initiate weight transfers and momentum during movement. Prerequisites: Must be comfortable in sits, climbs, and holding weight in the hands/upper body. Some experience dancing in heels. Heels suitable for pole (such as Pleasers) are necessary.

A Montreal-based dancer and instructor, Lychee Storm’s (she/they) favourite spots are twirling around the pole and rolling on the ground!

Lychee loves to share their passion through both teaching and performing. They have performed on various stages (Them Fatale(2024), The Slut Show(2024), Lust Cove (2024/25), and more). She was also a featured performer and choreographer for Operatika: Arias of Seduction (2024/25).
