Experience a 60 minute Nia class with our special guest, Debbie Barstow!
Nia is much more than ‘just a workout,’ Nia offers a holistic fusion of dance, martial arts and healing arts to create an effective, fun and transformational workout for body, mind, emotions and spirit that will leave you smiling while you sweat.
Practiced barefoot, non-impact, and highly adaptable to individual needs and abilities, it’s easy to learn, easy to follow, and a great way to have fun and be fit.
All fitness levels are welcome and no experience required!
