Come be a part of something special! Join us for a free public practicum class led by our yoga teacher trainees as they near the end of their certification journey. This class is a key step in their graduation process and a chance for them to step into the role of teacher in a supportive, real-world setting.

New to the studio? We’ve got you covered — mats, props, and friendly faces included. Just arrive 10 minutes early to get registered and settled in.

Please come with an open heart and a spirit of encouragement. Our trainees are still learning, and your presence offers them invaluable experience and confidence. Let’s practice grace together as they find their voices and grow into their roles as teachers.
