We will set new personal goals, intentions and cultivate a strong meditative practice. 

In Numerology - 108 equals 9, Which symbolizes universal love, eternity and awakening.

The internal heat you build during this practice is cleansing, detoxifying, and gets you more in touch with yourself. This practice in turn moves energy and releases stuck and stagnant emotions. 

We will surrender to our inner teacher. As you challenge yourself to keep going you will find a state of ease and flow. You will surrender to the process, acknowledge what arises emotionally, and then let it go. When you finish, you will feel lighter and find a deeper meaning inside yourself about what this ancient ritual has to offer you.
