Join us for an intensive, hands-on Pilates Reformer Instructor Certification led by industry expert instructors. Over four days, you’ll gain the skills and confidence to teach Pilates Reformer classes, with personalized training on our Merrithew STOTT Pilates Reformers (max 7 participants).

1. Course Overview
   The Course consists of:

• Pre-recorded videos, at-home readings, workbooks, and quizzes (self-paced)
• 20 hours of in-studio, hands-on training on Merrithew STOTT Pilates Reformers
• Comprehensive course materials and access to online resources
• Final practical and written assessments
• Observation hours and optional paid apprentice teaching hours at Yoga Bodies

2. Course Dates

• Saturday, January 31 and Sunday, February 1, 2026 – 1:30 PM – 6:30 PM
• Saturday, February 14 and Sunday, February 15, 2026 – 11:30 AM – 4:30 PM

3. Attendance and Participation
   Participant agrees to attend all in-studio training sessions in full.
   Completion of the entire curriculum, including all modules, observation hours, and all assigned course materials, is required.
   Optional apprentice teaching hours are available but not mandatory for certification.
4. Certification Requirements
   Participant must complete all curriculum modules, observation hours, and (if chosen) apprentice teaching hours before being eligible for the final exam.
   Certification will be awarded only upon successful completion and passing of the final practical and written assessments.
5. Course Investment
   The fee for the Course is $1,499 + tax, payable upon registration. $750 deposit and remainder must be paid by Saturday, January 24th, 2026.
6. Refund and Exchange Policy (No Refunds or Exchanges)
   All sales are final. There are no refunds, exchanges, transfers, or credits for any reason once payment is made, including but not limited to schedule changes, illness, travel issues, or failure to complete the Course.
7. Additional Terms
   All course materials and resources are provided for Participant’s use only and may not be distributed or shared.
   Participant is responsible for checking email (including junk/spam folders) for access to Google Classroom and course updates.
8. Agreement
   By signing below, Participant acknowledges and agrees to all terms and conditions stated above, including the No Refunds or Exchanges policy in Section 6.
