Hi all! Part of instruction is a free Jiu Jitsu Seminar. The Jiu Jitsu academy (Matakas Jiu Jitsu) needs a waiver signed for their purposes. In order to fill out the waiver, please 1) scroll to the bottom to “purchase” this free item. 2) During checkout you'll be prompted to sign in or or create a new account.  3) Create an account, sign the liability waiver, and finish the free 'purchase' to be all set.

Regular gym clothes.  We'll take it from there! No zippers, please.
