Some of Dan’s favourite tricks are at the base of the pole. Handstands and cool base work tricks are some of his favourite things to do. So in this class Dan will go over the basics of pole handstands and offer some fun variations for us to try. Dan will be offering different variations to make sure that all levels feel challenged. And don’t worry, your wrists will get some rest time with some nice base work tricks and transitions in this class! Come and play at the base of the pole!

This class is suitable for Intermediate and above pole dancers. As a rough guide, we recommend you can do inverts, gemini and scorpio, extended butterfly and genie.

Age: 16+

Things you will need for this class: Pole wear appropriate for advanced tricks (shorts or sticky leggings required, side grip may be required), water bottle, grip aids if desired.

Pole Sharing:  Please note there will be pole sharing, up to two students per pole in this workshop.

Waitlist Policy: If the workshop is full you may join the waitlist without being charged, however if a space opens up, you will automatically be added to the workshop and your card on file charged the registration fee up to 4 hours before the start of the workshop. If this happens you will be notified by email and SMS (depending on your notification setting in Wellness Living) so please monitor your emails.  If you are added to the workshop from the waitlist, the cancellation and refund policy will immediately apply, so manage your registration on the waitlist accordingly.  If you change your mind, cancel off the waitlist to avoid being added and charged.
