Team Comp is just around the corner and is scheduled for 

Saturday, October 25th at 7:30am. 

This is always a fun event for members and coaches to participate in some friendly competition!

***What is the team Comp?

Teams of 4 compete in challenging and fun workouts. Each member may have different roles and therefore team diversity would be beneficial! Expect the event to run for a minimum of 2 hours!

***We're thrilled to host our annual team competition and can't wait to see you all there! Remember, there’s strength in numbers, having a team by your side will demonstrate that you're stronger than you think and that anything is possible when you work together!
