Day-Off School Camp!

No dance experience? No problem!

There will be fun for EVERYONE!

Time: 9am - 3pm (before/after care options available)

Ages: ages 4+ (they don't need to be VOLTA students) 

Dance Camp –  Info & Packing List

We’re excited to welcome your child to VOLTA’s Dance Camp! Please review the following details to ensure they’re fully prepared 

Drop-Off & Pick-Up

• Drop-Off: 9:00 AM (doors open at 8:55 AM)

• Pick-Up: 3:00 PM (students picked up more than 10 minutes late will be charged for aftercare)

Extended Care (Cash or Venmo Only)

• Before Care (drop-off begins at 8:00 AM): $25/child per day

• After Care (pick-up until 5:00 PM): $35/child per day

• Both Before & After Care: $55/child per day

Extended care must be confirmed by 7 PM, the day before your child’s day of camp

Packing List

Please label all belongings and send your child prepared for both indoor and outdoor activities

• NUT-FREE lunch

• Two snacks (morning & afternoon)

• Water bottle

• Comfortable, close-toed shoes for outdoor play (highly recommended for safety)

• Hat (optional, for outdoor activities)

• Socks or light sweater (optional, for cooler indoor spaces)

• Change of clothes (optional, just in case)

What to Wear

Campers should dress for a full day of movement, crafts, and outdoor fun

• VOLTA Camp T-shirt, leggings, shorts, t-shirts, tanks, or gymnastic/dance leotards

• If wearing dancewear, please pack something to layer over it for outdoor activities

• Ballet or jazz shoes are welcome but not required

• Good outdoor playing shoes are recommended

Off-Campus Activities

Outdoor time is an important extension of our camp curriculum. Campers may walk to and from nearby locations, always under staff supervision:

• Goethe School Playground: 2236 N Rockwell St

• 606 Trail: 1801 N California Ave

By registering, you acknowledge and consent to your child’s participation in these off-campus activities. VOLTA Performing Arts takes appropriate precautions to ensure your child’s safety during all outings

Activities Include:

• Dance

• Games

• Crafting & painting

• Yoga

• Outdoor play (weather permitting)

• Off-campus walks and activities
