Join Kallie for movement, breath, and intention on New Year's Day!
Begin the new year with intention, movement, and deep rest. This nourishing New Year’s Day practice will start with a gentle yet energizing Vinyasa flow, designed to awaken the body, clear stagnant energy, and help you set mindful intentions for the year ahead. Expect smooth transitions, conscious breath, and space to move at your own pace.
We’ll then melt into a deeply restorative Yoga Nidra, a guided yogic sleep that allows the nervous system to fully reset. As you rest, you’ll be invited to plant a sankalpa (heart-felt intention) for the year ahead, supporting clarity, healing, and inner alignment.
This class is perfect if you’re craving a grounded, meaningful way to welcome the new year—balanced, calm, and connected.
