The Yoga Ropes wall was introduced by Guruji BKS Iyengar, to support and intensify Asana practice. The support from the ropes brings about new awareness and understanding of the actions in a pose.

 

Gentle, playful, sometimes challenging, and always fun — it indeed is a thrilling exploration.

 

At this workshop you will learn technique for being in poses and positions, with confidence and superior alignment. No prior Ropes Wall experience is necessary.
