Immerse yourself in the harmonic vibrations of Quartz Crystal Singing Bowls and Paiste Healing Gongs. These specially-tuned, meditative instruments produce frequencies that ‘entrain’ the brainwaves to a slower rhythm enabling our minds to reach a state of relaxed consciousness.

Satya is long-time musician and brings his versatile and well-honed musical sensibilities to sound healing. He uses a tonally-matched combination of crystal singing bowls, Paiste Planetary Healing Gongs, Koshi Chimes and several other complementing instruments to create a consciously relaxing experience leading to deeply meditative states.

Satya offers sound healing experiences in various settings to help others relax and re-tune including private sound baths for anniversaries, birthdays, corporate events, one-on-one’s, and other sound celebrations.

Satya is also an E-RYT 200 certified yoga instructor, leadership and executive coach. A former tech executive, Satya is the founder of YogaSukham (yogasukham.com), a venture that he lovingly calls the 'final dance of his life’.

Please Note:

• The session involves no doing, no trying, and no yoga!
• The session is appropriate for ages 13 and up.
• All abilities welcome. Participants recline on yoga mats, with blankets and cushions for support.
• Please bring your own mat, blankets, cushions, and any other props you would like to use to be able to lay in a restful state to experience the Soundbath. YogaSukham will NOT provide any props because of COVID related protocols.
• Please bring an eye-pillow or a scarf to cover your eyes and promote relaxation. Silk Eye-pillows with dried lavender buds are available for cash purchase at the venue.
• Masks are optional unless County guidelines change. You are welcome to leave them on if you so wish.
• You MUST be fully vaccinated at least 15 days prior to the event date. You will be required to show proof of vaccination before being admitted.
